Do I need to know Notion?
No. Everything is already set up — open the Start page and the PDF guide walks you through your first five minutes. If you can tick a checkbox, you can use it.
Can I change colours, sections and names?
Yes. It is your copy: rename anything, add or remove sections, change icons and covers. The formulas keep working.
Can I share it with a partner or my team?
Yes — share your copy from Notion like any other page. Each person who wants their own separate copy needs their own purchase.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. Every template works on the free Notion plan, on desktop, web and the Notion mobile app.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Every template has its own Mobile page — one column with the buttons and lists you use every day, made for the Notion app on iPhone and Android. The full dashboard is there whenever you open it on a laptop.
