Do I need to know Notion?
No. Everything is already set up — open the Start page and the PDF guide walks you through your first five minutes. If you can tick a checkbox, you can use it.
Can I change colours, sections and names?
Yes. It is your copy: rename anything, add or remove sections, change icons and covers. The formulas keep working.
Can I share it with a partner or my team?
Yes — share your copy from Notion like any other page. Each person who wants their own separate copy needs their own purchase.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. Every template works on the free Notion plan, on desktop, web and the Notion mobile app.
Does it work on my phone?
